Investment Criteria
– $15M to $150M+ investment sizes, with the ability to underwrite larger transactions
– Companies with $50M to $500M+ in revenues and $10M to $75M+ in EBITDA
– Invest in sponsored and non-sponsored opportunities (mostly sponsor backed)
– Focus on leveraged buyouts, growth capital, acquisitions, refinancings and recapitalizations
– Industry agnostic but will not do oil and gas, software or high-tech
