– Loans in the range of$ 5-70 million dollars, with a sweet spot between $7-25 million dollars.
– Stretch Piece: In addition to the sweet spot range, the lender also has the capability to provide a stretch piece on top of that, accommodating larger loan amounts.
– Term Loan B: For deals with a minimum EBITDA (Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortization) of 6 million dollars or more, the lender can offer term loans.
– ABL, Term, and Software SAAS Deals: The lender specializes in providing loans for asset-based lending, term loan arrangements, and software as a service (SAAS) deals.
– Recurring: The lender prefers deals with recurring revenue streams.
– Not more than 2X on their side: The lender typically limits their loan amount to twice the borrower’s equity contribution.
– Ability to leverage others: The lender can bring in additional partners to leverage behind them to support larger loan amounts.
