Welcome to CorpFi.ai, a JJC Ventures LLC business!

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of CorpFi.ai, a JJC Ventures LLC business websites, products, applications, APIs, and related services (collectively, the “Services”), provided by CorpFi.ai, a JJC Ventures LLC business (“CorpFi.ai, we,” “us,” or “our”).

You may not use CORPFI.AI’s name, logo, or branding without prior written consent.

You may input, upload, or generate content using the Services (“User Content”). You retain all rights to your User Content. By using the Services, you grant CORPFI.AI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your User Content solely to operate, improve, and provide the Services.

Unless you opt in, we will not use your content for training AI models or for any purpose beyond providing the service.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and agree not to submit any harmful, unlawful, or infringing material.

  1. AI Outputs and Limitations

The Services may provide responses or outputs generated by AI models. You understand and agree that:

  • Outputs are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, biased, or inappropriate
  • You should independently verify critical information
  • CORPFI.AI is not liable for any decisions made based on AI-generated content

You use the Services at your own risk and discretion.

  1. Payment Terms

Some Services may require payment. By purchasing, you agree to:

  • Pay all applicable fees and taxes
  • Provide valid billing information
  • Abide by any subscription, usage, or refund policies listed at the point of purchase

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of Services.

  1. Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate with or link to third-party services. CORPFI.AI is not responsible for the content, privacy, or security practices of those third parties. Use them at your own risk.

  1. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You may stop using the Services at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.
